Good Eats!

We gave Ava cereal this week for the first time! This was earlier than I gave Grayson cereal, but when she began not only to get excited and kick and smack while we ate supper, but get frustrated and try to hurl herself out of her high chair, I decided it was worth a try.

Here's her first bite:


By the second bite, she leaned forward and chomped down on the spoon.

And after that, well, you decide if you think she liked it....

She kept wanting more and more, so finally Daddy wore out and we put her in her highchair. Her faces are funny because every time mom (who was staying with us after Gray's surgery-thank you!) tried to quit, she would lean forward and reach for more. I don't know how much she ate, but it was a LOT and she still nursed afterwards!
